    We have been advised that Microsoft have identified an issue with their Exchange Online (365) service where emails are being delayed (inbound and outbound).

    We've had reports of some customers having issues with emails not sending or being received while some have had issues connecting to their mailboxes.

    As soon as we hear more, we'll post updates on this status but you can also check the Microsoft Service Status at https://portal.office.com/servicestatus

    Microsoft resolved the issues they were experiencing yesterday with their Exchange connectivity and we've had confirmation that everything is back online now.

    We will now mark this incident as resolved but if you have any further issues, please contact our support team.
